PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

PAYMENT:

We currently accept the following forms of payment through checkout:

Australian Customers –

We can accept payment through PayPal which can be used for Credit Card payments, Direct Bank Deposit or Australia Post Money Order.

International Customers –

We can only currently accept payment through PayPal for Credit Card payments.

Instructions for payment are provided upon completion of your order and you will receive an automatic email notification once your order is processed.

Paying through the PayPal Express Checkout is the quickest method and can be used by both Australian and International customers.

All prices quoted are Australian Dollars.

 

SHIPPING:

Australian orders have the option of Australia Post Regular Postage, Registered Service or Express Postal Service at the following rates:

Regular Postage - $3.50 Australia Wide
Registered Post - $4.95 Australia Wide (NOTE: – all orders over $30 will be sent by Registered Post)
Express Post - $8.00 Australia Wide

International orders are also sent via Australia Post at the following rates:
International - Airmail (USA, Canada, UK) - $5.95
International – Insured Service (USA, Canada, UK) - $22.95
International – Express Courier (USA, Canada, UK) - $49.95

Within Australia shipping may take 2 – 10 working days depending on your location. International shipping takes 1 – 3 weeks for Airmail or Insured Services.
Although we offer regular uninsured shipping as a cost effective choice, we recommend Registered Post within Australia (for all orders exceeding $30 this is compulsory) and International customers should choose either Insured Service or Express Courier. It is extremely rare that anything goes wrong but Jewellery by Karizma cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by the Postal Services. However, we will assist you in your claim against the postal services should such an event arise.

We generally ship orders out every day of the week and you order will be dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being processed. However, during peak periods there may be a small delay of up to 2 working days.
